How to cancel and get a refund
Surfshark refunds within 30 days. Within 30 days of the initial purchase, once per service; renewals are not refunded; not for purchases via resellers other than Paddle, Google Play or Cleverbridge, with a prepaid or gift card, the anonymous Dedicated IP option or Alternative ID purchases.
To avoid the renewal charge, switch off automatic renewal in your account before the first term ends. The provider's terms decide the exact deadline.
