How to cancel and get a refund
A refund depends on the provider accepting your request under these conditions. It is not a guarantee that a particular service, such as a streaming site, works with the VPN.- Ask for your refund within 30 days. Ask customer support by live chat; purchases through the Apple App Store or the Amazon Appstore are refunded by that store.
- Then switch off auto-renewal. In your Surfshark account: click your email address, choose Subscription, open Payments and click Cancel auto-renewal; customer support can also do it by live chat.
- What happens next: The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period; cancelling auto-renewal does not give a refund.
Want your money back? Ask for the refund first, within the period, and then check that auto-renewal is off. Switching off auto-renewal on its own only stops the next charge.
Bought in an app store: Bought through Google Play, the Apple App Store or the Amazon Appstore: cancel in that store.
