How to cancel and get a refund
A refund depends on the provider accepting your request under these conditions. It is not a guarantee that a particular service, such as a streaming site, works with the VPN.- Ask for your refund within 30 days. Ask customer support by live chat; they send a link to a page where each eligible payment has a Refund button.
- Then switch off auto-renewal. In your Nord Account: open the Billing tab, click Cancel next to auto-renewal and confirm; a confirmation email follows.
- What happens next: The subscription no longer renews at the next billing date; a refund is a separate request.
Want your money back? Ask for the refund first, within the period, and then check that auto-renewal is off. Switching off auto-renewal on its own only stops the next charge.
Bought in an app store: Bought through Google Play, the Apple App Store or the Amazon Appstore: cancel in that store.
