How to cancel and get a refund
Mullvad VPN refunds within 14 days. Not for cash or cryptocurrency payments; Apple App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, vouchers by the reseller; Google Play purchases are refunded by Mullvad.
To avoid the renewal charge, switch off automatic renewal in your account before the first term ends. The provider's terms decide the exact deadline.
