IVPN refunds within 30 days. Full refund within 30 days of payment; once per account and per customer; IVPN Light purchases are non-refundable; cash and voucher payments are not refunded and App Store purchases are refunded by Apple; no prorated refunds.
To avoid the renewal charge, switch off automatic renewal in your account before the first term ends. The provider's terms decide the exact deadline.
