How to cancel and get a refund
CyberGhost VPN refunds within 14–45 days. 45 days for subscriptions of 6 months or longer; 14 days for 1-month subscriptions; not for purchases via Google Play, the App Store or the Amazon Appstore (refunds there are at the store's discretion), nor via a gift card or a third-party seller.
To avoid the renewal charge, switch off automatic renewal in your account before the first term ends. The provider's terms decide the exact deadline.
