How to cancel and get a refund
A refund depends on the provider accepting your request under these conditions. It is not a guarantee that a particular service, such as a streaming site, works with the VPN.- Ask for your refund within 14–45 days. Ask support by email, with a ticket on support.cyberghostvpn.com or by 24/7 live chat, with the order or reference number from your invoice at hand; switching off auto-renewal alone does not start a refund request.
- Then switch off auto-renewal. In your CyberGhost account on the website: click the profile icon at the top right, choose Subscriptions, click Cancel Subscription and then Continue To Cancel.
- What happens next: Automatic billing is switched off and you can keep using CyberGhost until the end of the paid subscription period; your account is not deleted.
Want your money back? Ask for the refund first, within the period, and then check that auto-renewal is off. Switching off auto-renewal on its own only stops the next charge.
Bought in an app store: Bought through the Apple App Store, Google Play or the Amazon Appstore: cancel in that store; the money-back guarantee does not apply there and the store decides on a refund.
